Findzy Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 13 October 2025

Welcome to Findzy (“we,” “us,” or “our”), your trusted digital platform to discover, connect, and engage with verified businesses across the UAE. Our goal is to provide a transparent and efficient environment (Platform) where Users can explore listings and Businesses can showcase their offerings within our select categories.

Important: Findzy acts solely as a licensed digital listings portal. We support the means to connect Users with Businesses, but are not a broker, delivery service, agent, guarantor, or party to any transaction, sale, or service agreement made between Users and Businesses that use or connect through the contact details shared on our Platform.

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of Findzy and your rights and obligations under applicable UAE laws and relevant authorities.

1. Definitions

Platform: The Findzy website, mobile application, and all related digital interfaces or its virtual products and services.
User: Any individual or business browsing or utilizing the Platform.
Advertiser/Business: Any User posting or promoting products, services, or listings, whether it belong to them or a third-party service.
We/Us/Our: Findzy Portal and its employees, owner(s), shareholders, and affiliates.
You/Your: The User or Business using Findzy Portal.
“Content” – Refers to any text, images, videos, links, or data submitted, uploaded, or published by Users or Businesses on the Platform.
“Digital Listing Service” – The digital space provided by Findzy for Businesses to display and promote their products or services to Users.
“Third-Party Integrations” – Refers to external links or embedded services (e.g., social media, booking, or payment providers) that may appear on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Regulatory Compliance

Users must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. Guardians are responsible for underage Users.
Businesses must hold valid UAE trade licenses and comply with regulatory approvals relevant to their activities.
Only Businesses meeting Findzy’s verification and quality standards may be approved for listing.
Findzy may collect and review feedback to assess Business performance. Reviews are published but used internally to support businesses to uphold quality standards.
Findzy reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings or accounts that violate laws or these Terms. Repeated violations may lead to immediate account termination without refund.
By submitting a profile for listing on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your company, product or service may be subject to ratings and reviews from registered users. These reviews are an essential part of maintaining transparency, credibility, and user trust across the platform. Businesses and Individuals that do not consent to being reviewed or rated will not be eligible for listing approval. By completing your submission, you expressly grant the platform permission to collect, display, and manage user generated feedback related to your business, product or service. All reviews are moderated to ensure compliance with our community and content guidelines, and may be removed if found to be false, defamatory, or in violation of applicable laws. However, the platform reserves the right to retain legitimate user feedback, whether positive or negative, to preserve the integrity of the review system.

3. Platform Role and User Responsibility

Findzy operates as a portal, connecting Users with Businesses by sharing Business contact information, such as WhatsApp, email, or phone contact information.
Each Business automatically receives its own profile, where it may showcase its brand identity, story, business journey and company values, and its media content (photos) in the Lifestyle category under the section called Insider.
Content Protection: Businesses uploading images or videos may choose to include a watermark. The platform is not responsible for any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of uploaded media outside the website. Account holders retain full responsibility for the protection of their content.
Transactions, payments, and fulfillment occur entirely between Users and Businesses.
Findzy does not mediate disputes between parties, guarantee outcomes, or assume responsibility for the quality, validity, or delivery of any product or service as it is not a party in any transactions.
Users must exercise responsible and reasonable due diligence when engaging with Businesses.
Findzy may edit, remove, modify the platform and its features, categories, or its services at its discretion.

External Communication Disclaimer:

Users who contact Businesses through details provided on Findzy by the businesses do so at their own discretion.
Findzy is not responsible for disputes, financial loss, or damages arising from external or internal communications.
Users are responsible for their safety, verifying Business credentials, terms, and information before proceeding.

4. Advertising Policy and Guidelines

All ads must comply with UAE laws and regulations, including those governing online advertising and consumer protection.
Findzy reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any ad that violates our guidelines or appears misleading, inappropriate, or unsafe.
Ads must not contain false claims, offensive material, falsely exaggerated or content that discriminates based on race, religion, gender, or nationality.
All advertisements must be accurate, clear, and not misleading about the products or services promoted.
Advertisers are fully responsible for the content and accuracy of their advertisements.
Findzy provides digital advertising spaces across multiple sections of the Platform (including Lifestyle, Mobility, Luxury Items, Spaces, Services, and Experiences).
Advertisement placement and visibility are determined by the Advertiser’s selected plan, package, or duration.
All advertising content is subject to review by Findzy after publication to ensure compliance with UAE laws and Findzy standards and could be subject to suspension after notification for users to rectify the listing before it may be reverified by Findzy and released.
Findzy holds the right at it's own discretion to redesign it’s platform to adjust the positioning, rotation, or format of ads to optimize site performance without altering the total exposure value purchased.
Advertising fees are non-refundable once approved and published.
Findzy is dedicated to optimizing ad placements and continuously refining strategies to help drive meaningful engagement and potential conversions, with results naturally varying based on audience response and market dynamics.

5. Advertisement Listing Requirements and Conduct

Advertisers must provide accurate and transparent information, including pricing, availability, service terms, address or delivery terms, and refund/exchange policies where applicable.
Listings must comply with UAE laws and ethical standards.
Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
Replicas are strictly not allowed.
Advertisers are expected to keep their listing information, licenses, permits, and supporting documentation accurate and up to date, and to provide these when requested. Any matters arising from outdated or incorrect information remains the responsibility of the advertiser in accordance with applicable regulations.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Manipulated or fabricated reviews may lead to suspension or removal upon investigation or upon receipt of notification from any government authority.
Ad Relevance and Quality

Ads must align with the theme and category of placement (e.g., Car ads under Mobility section).
Promotions posted in the wrong category or subcategory will be notified for edits, and in cases where they don’t meet platform guidelines, they may be removed. Support will be provided to help ensure accurate placement whenever possible.

Creative and Design Quality

All ad visuals and videos must be high-resolution, clear, and professional.
Flashing, disturbing, or low-quality visuals are not permitted.
Videos should be between 30 and 60 seconds in length, with a minimum resolution of 1080p for high-quality playback. Listings can include up to 17 high quality images, all in a 16:9 landscape format. Images that require adjustment will be automatically formatted to 1:1 to ensure consistent display across the platform.

Content Integrity

Ads must not include false statistics, fake reviews, or unverifiable claims.
Phrases like “#1 in UAE” or “Guaranteed Results” require factual substantiation.

Third-Party Mentions

No ad may reference, tag, or use another brand’s logo, image, or identity.

Ad Duration and Renewal

Ads run for the duration purchased and can be renewed upon expiration.
Renewal requests must be made once the expiration of the previous ad has reached to maintain uninterrupted visibility.

Universal Listing Submission Rules

Titles: Max 60 characters. (Must clearly describe the item, service, property, or experience.) Avoid all caps, emojis. Include key features where required.
Descriptions: Accurate, concise, and informative. Maximum length: 3000 characters. Highlight main features, benefits, amenities, or unique selling points. Avoid misleading claims or offensive language.
Images: Maximum 17 images per listing. High-quality, well-lit, and professionally presented. Main image: 16:9 (landscape) preferred. Gallery images: 1:1 (square) recommended for grid consistency (Automatically adjusted to 1:1 on the display page).
Watermarks optional; businesses are responsible for inclusion. Avoid logos, personal items, or misleading representations.
Videos: Maximum 1 video per listing. Minimum resolution 1080p, duration 30–60 seconds. Prefer 16:9 ratio for full-width display. Stable, well-lit, and highlight key features or experiences. Watermarks optional; businesses are responsible for inclusion.
General Rules: Content must reflect the true nature of the listing. Offensive, misleading, or illegal content is prohibited. Businesses retain responsibility for media protection and proper representation within reason.

Challenges & Events Disclaimer:

Businesses submitting challenges or hosting events on the platform confirm they are fully licensed, authorized, and compliant with UAE laws as per expected.
Businesses are solely responsible for planning, executing, and completing their challenges or events, including all logistical, safety, and operational aspects.
The platform provides only a listing space and does not supervise, manage, or participate in any challenge or event.
Businesses oversee their own challenges or events, with any outcomes, incidents, or disputes naturally remaining within their management.
By joining Findzy, businesses can confidently showcase their activities while ensuring they meet all applicable regulations and platform requirements, including necessary safety and legal measures. This helps create a smooth, reliable experience for everyone, with businesses managing any outcomes from their activities to the fullest extent.

Advertising Refund Policy

Once an ad is reviewed, approved, and published, all payments are final.
Refunds are not issued for early termination or suspension due to any violations.

Partnership Promotions

Sponsored or co-branded ads must be clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Partner Content” and have their appropriate permits.
Findzy reserves the right to decline any request that contradicts its terms and policies and with UAE legal, cultural or ethical guidelines.

6. Categories and Features

Findzy offers multiple curated categories:

Lifestyle: The Insider Business Profiles, Nominations, Challenges, Events, Games.
Spaces (Real Estate & Hospitality): Verified listings for residential, commercial, hotels, resorts, and holiday homes.
Mobility: Vehicles, boats, motorbikes, bikes, scooters, rentals (licensed businesses only). Sale of Accessories and License plates. Users must verify authenticity independently.
Luxury: Products for sale in categories like: Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, High Tech, Collectibles and Gifts, ( appropriate business locations, well known authorized locations and authenticity check and valid documentation recommended).
High-Tech: Electronics and devices with truthful disclosure, warranties, and secure delivery.
Services Business and Professional services, Wellness and personal care, Hospitality and Lifestyle services, Property and Construction services, Luxury transport and Travel Services.
Experiences: Attractions & Leisure, Cafes & Fine dining, Events & Entertainment, Rentals for experiences.

7.Ad Banner Placement Policy

Businesses are responsible for creating and uploading their own advertisements. Findzy provides designated digital spaces for ad display but does not design, edit, or modify any ad content on behalf of users.
Each ad placement runs for 6 hours per day, with rotating 5-second spots designed to increase visibility and engagement. Provide the link to the landing page, website, or booking form you’d like users to visit when they click, creating a seamless conversion spot directly to your business.
Businesses may choose from three advertising durations, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, with the flexibility to update their ads once per month during the active period of their plan.
Findzy reserves the right to moderate or remove any advertisement that violates our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Guidelines and UAE Laws and regulations.

8. User Safety and External Communications

Findzy provides tools to report scams, fake listings, or unethical practices.
Red flags include unrealistic pricing, urgent or pressing for payment requests, incomplete listings, rude behavior, unverified websites or payment methods, incoherent or lack of information, unregulated or dishonest practices, lack of documentation, unusual sales practices or suspicious messages. Kindly apply reasonable measures and precaution.
Users must verify all details independently and should not share unnecessary or sensitive data outside secure channels, and report with proof of any suspicious activities to authorities and the Findzy Portal’s Team to take action on our Pllatform as required through our Contact Us page.
By using Findzy, businesses can share their details and showcase their offerings, while users can explore and interact with listings. Findzy provides a secure and well-managed platform with structured listings and insights to support better visibility and connections. All content, interactions, and outcomes remain the responsibility of the participants

9. Reporting, Moderation & Enforcement

Users and Businesses must report illegal or unethical activity.
Findzy may review, edit, suspend, or remove content or accounts at its sole discretion without refund.
Serious violations may be reported to UAE authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

Findzy provides a secure and well-managed platform for users and businesses to connect and share content. Our role is limited to providing a digital space for advertisers to showcase their products or services.

While we strive to maintain a reliable and safe environment to help businesses comply with UAE regulations, best practices and Findzy Terms and Policies, Findzy cannot be responsible for:

The accuracy, legality, or quality of listings, advertisements, or submitted documents.
Transactions, payments, agreements, or interactions between users and businesses.
Any loss, damage, or disputes arising from, transactions after platform use or external communications.
Customer disputes, claims, or errors within or following published materials.

All content, pricing, offers, and documents are provided by users or businesses and remain their responsibility. Findzy does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, quality, performance, or legality of any content. Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence and independently verify information before engaging in any transaction or commitment. Findzy allows users to report any listing on the listing page or through our Contact Us page.

Periodic compliance reviews are conducted to maintain the integrity of the platform and support a positive experience for all users. Users will be notified of any required updates, and content may be removed or suspended if violations are identified, reported, or not addressed following notice on Users notifications on their Dashboard. Findzy also reserves the right to remove or suspend any advertisement or listing that could harm its reputation, mislead users, or violate applicable UAE laws.

11. Indemnification

To help us maintain a safe, reliable, and high-quality platform, users and businesses agree to take responsibility for the content and activities they post or conduct on Findzy. This includes covering any claims, penalties, damages, or losses that may arise from:

Listings, advertisements, or communications they provide.
Any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
Breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Third-party fines or regulatory issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user or business.

By agreeing to this, users and businesses help ensure a trusted environment for everyone while Findzy continues to provide structured listing spaces, insights, and tools to support engagement and visibility.

12. Security & Data Protection

Findzy implements robust security measures to help protect users’ and businesses’ data. While we strive to maintain a secure environment, no platform can guarantee absolute security, and Findzy is not liable for cyberattacks, unauthorized access, or third-party breaches.

Findzy may integrate with third-party analytics, marketing, or advertising tools to provide insights and improve platform performance. By using Findzy, advertisers consent to the use of anonymous data for performance analytics.

Users and advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their own activities comply with applicable data protection laws. Findzy does not share personal data with advertisers unless legally required or with explicit consent. Users may request deletion of their personal data; however, certain data may need to be retained to support account verification, advertising, and platform legal operations. By submitting content or advertising, users acknowledge that retention of some data is necessary for platform functionality and compliance with UAE law.

All data use is governed by Findzy’s Privacy Policy, aligned with UAE PDPL requirements, ensuring transparency and responsible handling of personal information.

13. Account Suspension and Removal

Grounds include but are not limited to:

Consecutive negative reviews from different individual Users.
Multiple complaints of unprofessional conduct.
Verified fraudulent or scam activity.
Providing consistent false or inaccurate information.
Violations of UAE laws or cultural standards.
Failure to maintain licenses.
Non-payment of platform fees.
Misuse of the Platform (spam, phishing, duplicate listings, manipulation).
Any activity posing reputational or legal risks to Findzy.
Any attempt to use advertising or listing spaces for misleading, political, religious, or illegal content will result in immediate suspension.
Advertisers who misuse Findzy’s platform for unrelated promotions or third-party brand impersonation will face permanent removal without refund.
Findzy reserves full discretion in applying these rules. All suspension/removal decisions are at Findzy’s sole discretion. Findzy bears no liability for resulting losses.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute is subject to be presented to Findzy primarily, and we shall resolve it amicably within 30 days. In case of no resolution, refer the concerned dispute to the Dubai Courts.
These Terms are governed by UAE law, including PDPL and Consumer Protection regulations.
Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts unless legally required otherwise.

15. Community Standards

15.1 General Principles

By using the Platform, all Advertisers and Users agree to comply with these Community Standards. Breach of any obligation under this section may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent removal of listings, accounts, or access to the Platform, at Findzy’s sole discretion and without refund.

15.2 Accuracy and Transparency of Listings

Advertisers shall ensure that all information, images, videos, prices, and descriptions provided in their listings are accurate, truthful, complete to the best of their knowledge, and not misleading.
Consistent misrepresentation, exaggeration, or omission of material facts shall constitute grounds for immediate suspension based on Findzy's investigation results.
Any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from inaccurate information, misleading listings, or false/expired documentation shall be the sole liability of the Advertiser.

15.3 Licensing and Legal Compliance

All Advertisers must hold and maintain a valid UAE trade license and provide accurate documentation to Findzy upon request.
Advertisers shall not list, promote, or offer any products or services that are prohibited under UAE law, including but not limited to:

Real estate brokerage or property management without the appropriate license.
Medical, legal, financial, or professional services without regulatory approval.
Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods.
Restricted or prohibited substances, including alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, or controlled drugs.
Weapons, explosives, or related materials.
Adult, obscene, defamatory, or indecent content.

3. Failure to maintain appropriate standards, licenses or approvals shall result in account removal.

15.4 Respect for UAE Culture and Values

All listings, images, videos, and communications must respect the cultural, religious, and moral values of the UAE.
Content that is offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or contrary to public decency shall not be permitted.
Businesses and Users must avoid using profane, insulting, or culturally inappropriate language or imagery.

15.5 Professional Conduct

Advertisers shall treat all Users with professionalism, courtesy, and fairness.
Advertisers must honor commitments advertised, including prices, offers, and service availability and delivery within reason.
Users shall engage respectfully with Advertisers and shall not misuse business contact details for harassment, spam, or fraudulent activity.

15.6 Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Duplicate or spam listings.
Manipulation of reviews or ratings.
Misuse of the Platform for phishing, fraud, or scams.
Posting unrelated, irrelevant, or misleading content.
Using Findzy for political, religious, or non-commercial messaging.

15.7 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying all details of listings before engaging in transactions.
Findzy shall not be liable for outcomes, delivery, quality, or fulfillment of services or products.
Users must report suspicious activity or unlawful content through Findzy’s reporting channels on our the Report buttons or Contact Us page.

15.8 Platform Integrity

Findzy reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any content or account that violates these standards.
Advertisers and Users acknowledge that Findzy is not a broker, delivery service, transaction guarantor, or party to any transaction. It strictly provides a space for advertisers to showcase their products or services on our Platform.
All responsibility for contracts, payments, and disputes lies directly between Advertisers and Users.

15.9 Content Ownership

All content, including images, videos, descriptions, and other materials submitted to Findzy, remains the sole property of the User or Advertiser who uploaded it. Findzy does not claim ownership, copyright, or control over such content, and only offers the display structure for it, solely for displaying listings and supporting and improving platform functionality. Users grant Findzy a limited, non-exclusive right to display and distribute the content within the Platform.

16. Liability and Indemnity

Findzy provides a secure and well-managed platform for users and advertisers to connect and showcase products or services. While we strive to maintain a reliable environment, users and advertisers are solely responsible for their listings, communications, documents, and activities on the platform.

Users and advertisers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Findzy, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from:

Listings, advertisements, or communications they provide.
Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
Breaches of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Any regulatory fines, penalties, or legal measures resulting from false, expired, or inaccurate documents, unlicensed activity, or non-compliance with UAE laws.

Responsibility for verifying information, licenses, approvals, or compliance rests entirely with the user or advertiser. Findzy is not liable for disputes, failed transactions, delivery issues, or agreements conducted outside the platform. By following platform guidelines and addressing any notices for updates, users and advertisers help maintain a safe, trusted, and fully compliant environment.

17. Updates to Terms

Findzy may update the platform, these Terms and Conditions, or the Privacy Policy from time to t ime to improve services and ensure compliance. The current terms remain in effect until any update is made. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updates, please discontinue use of the Findzy platform immediately.

18. Final Acknowledgment

At Findzy, we are guided by transparency, integrity, and a commitment to fostering trust across our community. Our platform provides a safe and dynamic space where users can explore listings, discover opportunities, and connect with businesses that meet their needs.

While all content and listings are provided directly by users and businesses, Findzy is dedicated to maintaining a professional, high-quality, and compliant environment. Ongoing moderation ensures that listings align with platform standards and applicable UAE regulations, supporting confidence and reliability for everyone.
