Yes. Browsing, searching, and discovering businesses on Findzy is completely free for users. Businesses pay to list and any upgrades to promote their offerings.
3. Can I trust the businesses listed on Findzy?
Every business on Findzy goes through a verification process that requires a comprehensive documentation checklist to ensure the business is licensed and legally permitted to advertise its products or services in the UAE. This helps ensure compliance with UAE laws and advertising regulations.

4. How do I contact a business listed on Findzy?
Listings include direct contact details such as phone number, WhatsApp, email, and map location, along with optional website links or direct booking forms or landing pages managed by the business itself. Findzy does not interfere in sales or act as a middleman in transactions.
5. Can I save businesses or leave reviews on Findzy?
Yes. Users can save favorite listings, leave us reviews after interacting with a business, and nominate standout brands to help others discover trusted businesses.

10. How do I create an account or recover access if I forget my password?
Become a Members by clicking on Log In, then switch to Sign Up as a new member. Choose between Facebook, Google or email and create a password. Then all you need go do is Log In whenever you want to check our latest updates or edit your profile. If a password is forgotten, users can click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and follow the instructions sent by email (including checking spam or junk folders) to reset their new password.
11. How do I list my business on Findzy?
To list a business, sign up using your company Google account, company Facebook account, or company email and create a new password. A robot verification process is used to prevent automated or fraudulent activity.
After registration, businesses must complete a business application form, supported by a video guide to ensure accurate submission. This process helps reduce lengthy onboarding communications and allows businesses to receive dashboard access once legal authority to advertise in the UAE is confirmed.
12. What documents are required for business verification?
Businesses must submit a valid UAE trade license, the Emirates ID of the main manager listed on the trade license, and any additional category-specific regulatory documents required for more regulated sectors and essential business details. This ensures full compliance with UAE laws and Findzy’s verification standards.

Yes. Business verification is mandatory on Findzy. As a UAE-based digital marketplace, Findzy is required to verify documents to comply with UAE laws, advertising regulations, and consumer protection standards. This ensures only authorized and legally operating businesses can advertise, creating a safer and more trusted marketplace for users and businesses alike.
14. What if I receive a dashboard but do not list anything yet?
The business verification process and dashboard access are provided free of charge.
Once a dashboard is activated, businesses may discover the platform dashboard to use it as it fits their needs, they can choose from a wide range of listing options and tools. Findzy may offer specific time related offers or packages. Busineses can choose from a pay as you go meaning list per ad or choose to purchase a package for better longer duration rates. If no listings are created and no package is purchased, no payment is required. Inside Business Profile will be live and active as long as listings are live and active. Banner Ads that are our featured brand advertising options also come with their business dashboard for the purpose of managing their content but will not be listed in the Insider for Business profiles. On the other hand clients who click on their ad could get redirected to booking pages, landing pages or websites that are registered by the brand for better client engagement.
To maintain platform quality and ensure only active businesses remain listed, Findzy may contact businesses when inactivity is noticed to confirm whether they wish to update to continue or cancel the account. This helps keep the marketplace current and active.
15. How does listing activation and package usage work?
Typically, businesses create a listing by clicking on Add Listing, complete all required details, and then pay for it to go live or select a package. Packages are usually used for businesses that want better offers on a larger number of ads, this mean that Listers can decide number of listings and a validity period. They can view the automated calculation of their package before sending the request for payment. Businesses can publish listings as needed by clicking “Add Listing” within the set number of listings they ordered in their package on their dashboard.
Pricing details are available via the Pricing button on the homepage for our Pay as You Go Options in Silver, Gold and Platinum set packages. Custom packages are often more affordable and can be automatically calculated before submitting a payment request.
16. How much does it cost to advertise on Findzy?

17. What is the difference between a normal listing and a featured or trending listing?
Featured listings receive priority placement at the top of category pages. Trending listings receive maximum exposure by appearing on the homepage, attracting higher visibility.

Yes. Businesses can manage and update their listings at any time through their dashboard and may upgrade to premium features for increased visibility.

Yes. Findzy reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that is reported, found non compliant with UAE regulations, or fails to meet verification standards, Terms and Conditions, its Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
